Papa C Pies uses Tart Cherries cooked in house with a little cinnamon and sugar, but also with a little pure almond extract! We have found that the almond extract helps bring out all the flavors of the natural cherries. Add in our made in house hand pressed light and flaky crust and this is one delicious pie!
